Hear From Property Management

The sense of community is strong at Lakeside Centre. The property management office is on-site, which allows us to give that extra touch and attention to detail to our tenants that you normally wouldn’t receive with off-site property management.

We get to walk around the campus and speak directly with all tenants to check in with them. We are proud to not only create a sense of community at Lakeside, but also be a special part of that close community. Property management is collaborative, attentive, and always available to address our tenant’s needs.

My favorite part of the Lakeside Center is the community that we've created. Having us on site, having the onsite management office, it allows us to be able to give that extra touch and that extra attention to detail that we wouldn't have if we were off site. So we walk around the property, we talk to our tenants, you know, we check in, because as I was saying before, it's like a community and so we get to be a part of that community.
